Water bath heater (Forced Draft)  is an indirect heater type which use in a city gate station. Forced-draft burners rely on fans to supply their combustion air under a positive pressure (normally in excess of 2inches of water). In burners of this type, the kinetic energy of the air stream is utilized to achieve more efficient fuel/air mixing than is possible in natural-draft burners. As a result of this improved mixing, smaller specific flame volumes are obtained, and consequently higher burner capacities are permissible. Thus, fewer forced-draft burners are required for the same total heat release than would be the case with natural-draft burners. Coil TEMA  Design:

VISTA TECH Engineering Co. rely on its professional engineering team has revised and retrofitted the  Ex-coil design which is commonly used in gas treating process to new design and configuration in order to increase the heat transfer area based on the gas flow volume by applying TEMA standard code for the coil design.Figure below show 3D view of this new coil design shows that the increasing amount of heat transfer area by increasing numbers of coil tube in lower OD size could be more effective to decrease heat losses in which could not transfer heat duty of the fire tube to the process gas in old design of coils.
