INDIRECT FORCED DRAFT WATER BATH HEATER

Water bath heater (Forced Draft) is an indirect heater type which use in a city gate station. Forced-draft burners rely on fans to supply their combustion air under a positive pressure (normally in excess of 2inches of water). In burners of this type, the kinetic energy of the air stream is utilized to achieve more efficient fuel/air mixing than is possible in natural-draft burners.

DRY GAS FILTER

The gas flows through the inlet connection towards the filter body where the velocity is reduced. As a result, solid particles of large dimensions are separated from the gas and accumulate at the bottom of the vessel from where they can be purged periodically via the purge connection.

GAS PRESSURE REDUCING STATION

Natural gas is usually highly pressurized as it travels through transport pipelines. But once it reaches the consumers, it needs to be brought up to the contractual specifications for delivery. This often means that solids and liquids have to be filtered out, the pressure has to be reduced, and the gas may need to be preheated to counteract the cooling effect of the pressure reduction. And last but not least, the downstream consumers need to be protected from being exposed to the full transport
